The Cox Virtual Open Enrollment Fair is a great opportunity to learn all about the exclusive benefits, programs and perks available to you as a Cox employee and to find out what's new and changing for 2025. We’ve invited more than three dozen health, wellness and financial program providers to host interactive, online booths where you can ask questions to better understand and use your benefits.

You and your familes can visit the virtual fair and browse information anytime, but make sure and check out when the vendors will be available to chat if you would like to speak directly with someone.

There will also be live events throughout the day hosted by our partners. Don’t miss the opportunity to talk to the Cox Benefits Team LIVE! Ask your questions and learn about all of your benefits.

You will be able to enroll in your benefits during Open Enrollment occurring November 3 – November 14.

How do I log in on the day of the event?

After registering, you will be able to log in at any time after the event starts using your email address.

I can’t attend a live session. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. The vfairs platform will be available after the live date where you can still access information. We understand your schedule may not allow you to attend all the live sessions of the event and we will record the live sessions.

Can I save documents or files from the event?

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag available for you. You can add all documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with colleagues or family members simply by entering their email.

Can I invite my family members to attend?

Yes, all family members are welcome to attend. They can register and indicate that they are a family member.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, there is a mobile app. You can download the "Cox Benefits & Wellness Fair" app from the App store or Google Play.

What is the leaderboard?

The leaderboard is an opportunity for you to earn points to be entered into a raffle for prizes that have been donated by our generous partners! The more you engage in the fair, the more points you will earn. You can engage by participating in chats, attending live events, downloading documents and more. Prizes will be given to the three participants who earn the most points and to a few random draws. Good Luck!
